WHO WE ARE
Wellness is our birthright, and to fulfill our mission of removing barriers to healing, we are committed to expanding access to health care conferences and events that highlight and include Black and BIPOC community members in the health and wellness field.
WHAT WE DO
OUR SERVICES
We provide resources and information on mental health and other issues impacting our community, with a focus on minority and underrepresented groups affected by historical trauma. We create spaces where we come together to share meals and discuss how these issues affect our ability to cope and maintain a healthy life. This communal support helps individuals, youth, and families access services that resonate with their experiences and understanding. By addressing these needs, we aim to counteract factors contributing to depression, anxiety, suicidality, and substance abuse. Our goal is to foster safe spaces for connection and conversation, where our Black and Brown community can find the support they need and navigate challenges to promote overall well-being.
